Pre-paid stamped steerage ticket No. 5922 for Andrew Dowling for $28 dollars on the White Star Line Liverpool to New York, via Queenstown, Ireland. Written across the ticket is "Renewed for one year 19/8/80" with an additional White Star Line office stamp from 37 Broadway, New York. The names of 6 of the ships in the Line are printed on the ticket, as well as the various agents' name in Liverpool, Queenstown and New York. Printed on the reverse is the "Notice to Passengers" outlining the strict conditions of sale and travel instructions to all passengers.
