Colombia Cali Comuna 1 Cultural Center Public Library "The Neighborhood Path" - Arcos Huertas Carolain Estefania

This project was carried out with minimal resources but has a big impact. The Comuna 1 Cultural Center Public Library will receive an award certificate and, to further their project, €500 generously sponsored by the German publishing house de Gruyter.
