About The Corke Chronicle

This paper was first published in November 1763 by George Busteed in Castle Street, and from 1769 by his brother John Busteed (c.1748-1819), who also published a short-lived paper, the Hibernian Morning-Post (1775-76).  The paper took a strongly Protestant line.
